Does ABS offer free consultations?

What are your office hours?
Our Killeen office is open Monday through Thursday, 10 am to 4 pm, and by appointment.
Where is ABS Bookkeeping & Tax Service located?
We are at 1002 E. Elms Road, Ste 105, Killeen, TX 76542. We serve Killeen, Harker Heights, Copperas Cove, Fort Hood, Nolanville and the surrounding Central Texas area.
What kinds of tax returns do you prepare?
We prepare individual returns (Forms 1040 and 1040-NR), corporate returns (1120 and 1120-S), partnership returns (1065) and trust and estate returns (1041), plus Texas franchise, sales and use, mixed beverage and hotel occupancy taxes.
Can you prepare a return if I earned income in another state?
Yes. Texas has no state income tax, but we prepare multi-state individual returns for our Killeen-area clients and have experience in all 50 states.
Can you help if I get a letter from the IRS or the Texas Comptroller?
Yes. We review the notice, evaluate the claim, build a plan to resolve it, and can represent you or go with you to IRS, Texas Comptroller and Texas Workforce Commission audits and review meetings.
Do you handle payroll for small businesses?
Yes. We handle timecards, paychecks and pay stubs, quarterly 941 and Texas Workforce Commission reports, annual 940, 944, W-2 and W-3 filings, and 1099s. We also have certified payroll experience for government contractors.
Can you set up or clean up QuickBooks?
Yes. We set up and manage QuickBooks and can catch up books that are months or years behind, then keep them reconciled every month.
Do you offer notary services?
Yes. ABS offers notary service at our office for a nominal charge. Stop by during business hours.
